Our approach to intellectual property
MANPOWER respects the intellectual-property rights of creators, developers, publishers, artists, photographers, and other rights holders.
Scope of this policy
This policy describes our general process for copyright complaints involving MANPOWER apps, websites, and digital services. The technical action available to us may depend on where the reported material is hosted or controlled.
User and third-party content
Some Services may let users select, import, edit, organize, display, or process content. Unless we expressly say otherwise, MANPOWER does not claim ownership of third-party material simply because it passes through a Service.
Copyright compliance
You must not knowingly use our Services to unlawfully copy, distribute, make available, or exploit copyrighted works, or to bypass technological protection measures in violation of applicable law.
Submitting a copyright notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe material connected with a MANPOWER Service infringes your rights, you may send us a written notice with enough detail for us to identify and review the issue.
What to include
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of works.
- Identification of the material at issue and enough information to locate it, such as the app name, URL, feature, screenshot, or file description.
- Your full name and reliable contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights holder, under penalty of perjury where applicable.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to send it
Email copyright notices to phanvy541@gmail.com. A clear subject line such as DMCA Takedown Notice – [App Name] can help us route the request.
What happens after we receive a notice
After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, we may request clarification, review the relevant Service, remove or disable material under our control where appropriate, limit related functionality, notify an affected user, or take other steps required by applicable law.
Material outside our control
Some Services may interact with content hosted on external websites, user-controlled storage, APIs, or third-party servers. If another provider controls the source material entirely, we may not be able to remove it from that external source.
Counter-notification
If material you control was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where applicable law provides that process.
Repeat infringement
Where a Service supports accounts or another reliable way to identify repeated misuse, we may restrict or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights in appropriate circumstances.
False or abusive notices
Copyright notices should be submitted in good faith. Knowingly making materially false or misleading claims may create legal liability, including where applicable under Section 512(f) of the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Trademarks and other IP concerns
For trademark, impersonation, counterfeit branding, or other intellectual-property concerns, contact us and identify the right involved, the relevant Service, and the material you believe violates that right.
No legal advice
This policy describes our reporting process and is not legal advice. Consider consulting a qualified professional if you need advice about your rights or obligations.
Updates and contact
We may update this process as our Services or legal requirements change. Questions can be sent to phanvy541@gmail.com.
