Our Services
MANPOWER Services may include utilities, creative tools, media features, AI-assisted functions, advertising-supported features, subscriptions, or other mobile experiences. Availability can differ by app version, device, platform, or country.
Eligibility
You may use a Service only when you are legally permitted to do so in your location. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms where required by law.
Your license to use the Service
Subject to these Terms, MANPOWER gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for lawful personal use and in accordance with applicable app-store rules.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your device, connectivity, accounts, content, and use of the Service. You must have the necessary rights to any content you upload, process, or share and must comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse a Service, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse automated systems, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
User content
You keep the rights you already hold in content you provide. You grant us only the permissions reasonably needed to process that content and deliver the features you request. You remain responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and properly authorized.
AI and automated outputs
AI-generated or automated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Review outputs before relying on or sharing them, especially where errors could have meaningful consequences.
MANPOWER intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding, interface designs, graphics, and original content supplied by MANPOWER, are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

If you believe material connected with a Service infringes copyright, please follow the process described in our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
Third-party services
Our Services may rely on or link to app stores, websites, APIs, cloud systems, AI providers, advertising networks, and other third-party services. Their terms and policies may apply separately, and MANPOWER does not control those services.
Advertising
Some Services may include third-party advertising or measurement tools. Availability and personalization may depend on consent choices, device settings, age, and local law.
Purchases
Prices, taxes, billing methods, refunds, and payment processing for in-app purchases are generally managed by the applicable app marketplace or payment provider. Review that platform’s purchase terms before completing a transaction.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the platform that manages the subscription. Renewal period, price, and cancellation controls are shown by the relevant marketplace or inside the Service where required.
Trials and promotions
Trials or promotional offers may include separate eligibility, duration, conversion, and cancellation conditions. If a trial converts to a paid subscription, the managing platform may charge the displayed subscription price unless the subscription is canceled in time.
Updates and service changes

Our Privacy Policy describes our general information practices. Individual apps may include additional privacy disclosures.
App-specific terms
An individual app may include additional rules for a feature, subscription, promotion, or content type. If a more specific term conflicts with these general Terms for that feature, the specific term controls to that extent.

We may revise these Terms when our Services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version.
Governing law and severability
Applicable governing law and dispute rules may depend on your location and mandatory consumer protections. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
